Due to the global pandemic TCC – the world’s largest loyalty marketing company – were faced with a challenge: how to replace their annual marketing showcase event. Skylark Creative were entrusted to solve the problem and asked TrueGroup to collaborate. If the event couldn’t take place in the real world, why couldn’t it take place in the digital world?
In order to create as near to real-life an experience as possible, TrueGroup conceived, designed and produced the event in a fully-bespoke virtual realm, hosted on its own platform built by Skylark. This combination created a truly innovative sales solution – the first of its kind! Originally envisaged as the replacement for a single event, the platform was so successful it became a permanent TCC sales tool and was further developed for mobile. Establishing a template structure, unique to TCC, the platform can be updated for new events, showcases and future marketing outreaches. Bespoke CRM integration enabled event feedback to combine with TCC’s full marketing efforts, creating a streamlined system that grows with TCC.
