We partnered with The North Face to create a repair application, enhancing customer experience for apparel and equipment repairs. Initially launched at the Regent Street store in London, customers can request and track repairs easily.
After dropping off items, they consult with staff and use an in-store iPad to view repair options and pricing. A QR code tracks the repair progress, with items restored at a dedicated facility. Customers are notified when repairs are complete. We also developed promotional emails and a landing page, boosting awareness and store engagement.
