When forward-thinking developer Bmor. secured planning permission for an 82 unit scheme near Clapham Junction their thoughts turned to pre-sales. In order to secure off-plan purchases we needed to transport both local and international clients into the location, building and amenities. Working with our partners at Amwell Collective, we developed an end to end marketing package for Bmor. inclusive of 3D property models, CGI imagery and an immersive virtual tour. The unique sales journey was established as the ongoing approach for online sales.
